Got on the first part of the Peaks Trail today, Frisco end, and it is definitely too wet to ride unless you are very conscientious about getting off your bike and walking through mud puddles every few hundred yards. As always, people have been riding around the mud, creating braiding and making this "single track" wider and wider. Don't do it!
If it stops raining Peaks should be ready in a week or two. But not yet. If you need that single-track fix, hit the Peninsula or head for the Front Range (Evergreen Trails are AWESOME!).
