CrankWorx

So... I was looking at MountainFlyer the other day and look what I found. Great picture of Kristin doing her first Super D.

Oh Yeah! And our Very Own Mechanic Phil Ott got 1st in Pro Men at Crankworx. $2000 richer and he still won't buy lunch.

Images from the past weeks

Here's a few images that I've been meaning to put up from a Steamboat trip, along with a ride around Mount Guyot.

Sorry for such a delay in posts. I've been busy riding my bike and working a ton to support my bike habbit.

Enjoy!

And the winners are!

Here's some photo's of our team members from this weeks Breck Epic. Six days of racing, 200+ miles, and 40,000 ft of elevation gain. Job well done to Elizabeth Winfield and Kristin Schwarck for taking first overall in Women's Duo. Shout out to David Overstreet and Mark Thompson for crushing the Mens' 80+ Category.

Thanks to all who supported in the race, especially John Vince and Mike Kane

Kristin's Stats:
17 Roctane's, 8 packets of shot blocks, 3 packets of Honey Stinger chews, 8 various other gu's, 6 cliff bars, who know's how many banana's, 1 full 32 serving of Perpetuem, 1 full bottle of Luna electrolyte, 6 servings of Heed, 1 bottle of Squirt lube, and 5 Rolls of Toilet paper.

No mechanicals, couple of crashes, and lot's of un-needed and un-deserved drama.

Time Off! Do I need to say more?

This is what I do when I leave work early!  Everything stressful just melts away.

Firecracker In Great Shape

Even if you aren't racing, come out for some preride fun.  The course is amazing this year - very little mud, and great new Nightmare on Baldy Singletrack, plus new switchbacks coming into Carter Park that make even XC diehards like me feel like a Downhiller.

I'll be on course around 11:00 today, if anyone wants to come along!

From the good old days of Wilderness Domination... It looks like those days are back, from a peek at the results from the past three races.  Ride On.

Peaks looking better...

Here's the latest from David, one of our best team members:

Just got back in from the Peaks Trail and if's rideable. There are the few usually wet spots but decent.

GROUP RIDE TONIGHT!

Hey Everybody! Sorry about the short notice, but there is a group ride tonight up the Colorado Trail to Blair Witch. This will be nice set of trails to kick the summer group rides off, nothing very technical, a few small downed trees that can be rolled over on Blair Witch. Other than that it will be fun, fast, smooth single track. Meet here at 6:00pm and hopefully we'll roll out at about 6:20pm.

Along with the other rides scheduled below, this will be a no drop ride leaving from the Frisco Shop. We highly encourage all skill levels to join us.

Check back often, we'll post a reminder a few days before each ride with the details of what trails we'll be riding. Pass this on to all your friends, lets build this into a great ride by September!
Look forward to seeing ya here!

Cheers,
Andy
